What is the best way to travel from Warsaw to Minsk?

Myself and 2 friends are planning a trip to Belarus in the Spring. We have been many times before and have either flew straight into Minsk Airport or have driven. However, we have been offered extremely cheap flights to Warsaw and are wondering what is the best way to travel to and from Minsk and how much it will cost. All answers will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance :)
Any other suggestions apart from killing myself?
